At Constructive, Steve is part of the leadership team with responsibilities for commercial strategy and external engagement. Steve’s passionate about using biotechnology to deliver better therapies and more sustainable routes to the products we all use every day. Science, Inspired. 

Prior to Constructive, Steve worked in a variety of technical, commercial and consultancy roles and is well known for his expertise in microbial fermentation, bioprocess development and scale-up. 

Outside work, Steve enjoys cycling, walking and gardening. On cold winter days he can be found sitting in the garden next to his fire pit carving wood with axe and knife.
